I like this place is only located at the back of SM Sucat. Every unit has there own veranda to take fresh air. They have swimming pool too. The green grass are well maintain. The building name is number. It's windy in this area. I gave 5 star because they have proper maintainance

SMDC Field Residence is in Parañaque. It offer a comfortable and convenient living environment. They come with good amenities like swimming pools and playgrounds. Security is generally reliable. However, some residents have reported occasional maintenance issues. The location provides easy access to nearby malls and transportation options.

The worse place you can find, guards are definitely against the resident, they will always threaten you instead of finding a solution for your rights or to find a solution for everyone to be happy. Useless and brainless they will make you think that they listen to you if you encounter issues but wont move a finger except when it is against the residents. Prepare to fight many times with them. Also Very Noisy, between the poor area behind the wall that makes all sorts of noises (loud music, firecrackers, dogs barking any time etc etc), the workers that cut the grass with their machine all day just below your window giving you headache every week and the constructions in the unit around that never end.

I used to be one of the first tenants here, and I remember this places as an instant escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. But now it is very congested. Pools and open spaces are often crowded, and the construction is just never ending. So just imagine the noise. But I still have units here so I visit the place once in a while. One good thing though is that value will increase (or have already increased actually) because of the new LRT line.

I've stayed here while on holiday and would highly recommend, especially for tourists. Equipped rooms with balconies. Good value for money. Walking distance to SM mall. Grounds are well maintained. Security is tight, which can make it difficult to have guests over, but appreciated to ensure that the complex is secure for the residents. Includes a nice running track and pool area.
